Why Cash-Pay

The Physician Answers to You.

Insurance-driven care is organized around billing codes, not around restoration. RestoreLab chose cash-pay so the affiliated physician is answering to you, not to a payer’s coverage rules. One price covers every piece of the program — labs, medication, physician time, and support. If the affiliated medical practice determines treatment isn’t indicated for you after lab review, the program fee is refunded less the cost of the lab panel and the physician consultation actually rendered.

What’s in the Price

Itemized — Line By Line.

Every component of the program with what it would typically cost if you had to source it separately. These a-la-carte numbers are estimates — your actual lab or consult prices elsewhere may vary.

01

Baseline Comprehensive Lab Panel

Collected at a walk-in LabCorp or Quest. Hormone, metabolic, inflammation, and safety markers. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — operator to populate from local-market substantiation file.

02

Mid-Program Follow-Up Panel

A second full panel at day 45 to confirm the protocol is working and guide dose adjustments. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — operator to populate.

03

Initial Physician Consult

A board-certified physician in your state reviews your baseline panel with you via secure video. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — operator to populate.

04

Mid-Program Physician Consult

Day 45 review and dose-adjustment session with the same physician who designed the protocol. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — operator to populate.

05

Final Review Consult

Day 90 consultation with a data-driven recommendation: maintain, taper, or stop. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — operator to populate.

06

Compounded Medication (90 days), When Prescribed

Compounded medication, prescribed by the affiliated physician based on your lab results when clinically appropriate, sourced from state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. A la carte equivalent: pricing TBD — the operator should populate realistic local-market reference numbers in their substantiation file.

07

Direct Physician Messaging

Secure messaging with the physician for the full program. Rarely available elsewhere at any price.

08

Care Coordinator Support

A dedicated care coordinator handles scheduling, shipping, and anything outside clinical care. Not typically available a la carte.

Pricing Questions, Answered.

Does insurance cover this?+

No. The program is cash-pay. We provide itemized receipts on request if you’d like to submit to HSA or FSA.

What happens if my labs show I don’t need treatment?+

The affiliated physician will tell you. The affiliated medical practice only prescribes treatment where there’s a lab-verified opportunity to restore. RestoreLab refunds the program fee less the cost of the lab panel and the physician consultation actually rendered.

Is there a cancellation fee?+

No. Cancellations are pro-rated by what has actually been delivered. (1) Before any consultation: full refund of the program fee. (2) After the intake consultation but before labs are drawn: program fee refunded less the consultation actually rendered. (3) After lab review or medication shipment: program fee refunded less the cost of the lab panel and physician consultation actually rendered, plus pro-rated refund of any unshipped medication.

Will I be auto-charged after 90 days?+

No. There’s no auto-renewal. At day 90, you and your physician decide together: continue on maintenance at a reduced monthly rate, taper off, or stop entirely. Any next charge requires your explicit confirmation.

What’s the maintenance price after the program?+

Maintenance pricing depends on the protocol your physician recommends — it’s typically 40–60% of the active-program monthly rate and covers ongoing labs, medication, and quarterly check-ins. Exact pricing is shared during your day-90 review.
