Honest Answers. No Marketing Spin.
The questions most men ask before applying — grouped by what you’re probably most worried about. If something isn’t covered, the Apply form gives you a chance to ask directly.
What It Is and How It Runs.
How long does the program take?+
Application to first shipment is typically 7–10 days. The full program runs roughly 90 days: baseline labs in week one, mid-program labs around week seven, final review around week thirteen.
Is this TRT? HRT? Something else?+
For most men accepted, testosterone replacement is part of the protocol — but not always, and rarely alone. The physician in your state reviews YOUR panel and builds a plan that may include testosterone, thyroid support, and related hormones. Nothing is prescribed by template.
Do I need to come into an office?+
No. Labs are collected at a walk-in LabCorp or Quest near you (no appointment). Consultations happen via secure video. Medication ships to your door. You never set foot in a clinic.
How much direct access do I get to my physician?+
Direct. Secure messaging with the physician anytime during the program — typical response within a few hours, almost always same-day. A patient advocate is available for non-clinical logistics during business hours.
What happens after the program ends?+
Three options, your choice. Continue on a maintenance protocol at a reduced rate, taper off gradually under physician guidance, or stop entirely. There is no auto-renewal — any next charge requires your explicit confirmation.
Whether This Is Right for You.
Who actually qualifies?+
The program is designed for men 30–60 in the U.S. states where RestoreLab operates (see the footer for the current list). We review every application individually. Not every man is a fit — pre-existing conditions or incompatible medications may rule it out, and we’ll tell you honestly before taking payment.
What if my labs come back normal?+
Then we tell you. The physicians in our network only prescribe treatment where there’s a lab-verified opportunity to restore. If your markers are already dialed in, we refund your payment and recommend against enrollment. The sale is never worth more than the truth.
I’m already on TRT with another provider. Can I transfer?+
Yes. Many patients we work with come from other providers. Your physician will review your current regimen and labs and either continue what’s working or recommend adjustments. No judgment — most men transfer because they want real physician oversight and data-driven tuning their previous provider didn’t offer.
I’m under 30. Can I apply?+
We focus on men 30–60. Most men under 30 have different root causes for the same symptoms — sleep, nutrition, stress, training — and are often better served by other providers. We’ll point you in that direction honestly.
The Money Questions.
What does it cost?+
See the pricing page for the full breakdown. The program is all-inclusive — labs, medication, physician time, messaging, and support — available as 3 monthly payments or a discounted pay-in-full option.
Does insurance cover it?+
No. The program is cash-pay by design — insurance-driven care is organized around billing codes, not restoration. We provide itemized receipts on request for HSA or FSA submission.
What’s the refund policy?+
Application accepted but you decline before labs are drawn: full refund. Labs show you’re not a fit: full refund. After medication ships: pro-rated based on what’s been delivered. No money-hostage games.
Any hidden fees?+
No. The posted price covers everything the program delivers. No add-ons, no required consultation fees, no shipping charges. The only "extra" would be maintenance pricing after day 90 if you choose to continue — and that’s quoted to you before any commitment.
How This Works Behind the Scenes.
How private is this?+
Fully HIPAA-protected. Shipping is unmarked. Billing statements are discreet. We don’t sell, share, or market based on your health data — ever.
What side effects should I expect?+
Hormone restoration, done correctly with lab-driven protocols and physician oversight, is generally well-tolerated. Common adjustable effects — like elevated hematocrit or estradiol — are monitored and tuned by your physician. Risks and monitoring are explained in detail during the onboarding consult.
Who are the physicians exactly?+
Independent, board-certified physicians in our affiliated medical practice network. Every physician is licensed in the state where they see patients. RestoreLab Health LLC is a non-clinical technology and operations platform — it does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions.
What’s the MSO / PC structure?+
Industry-standard for telehealth (Hims, Ro, Premier). The brand LLC handles operations — intake, shipping, logistics, support — while clinical decisions are made by independent, licensed physicians exercising independent medical judgment. This structure keeps care in the hands of clinicians, which is the whole point.
